Optional 30 Minute Consultation (over zoom). No cost.
-Phone and text support during pregnancy
-2, 2 hour prenatal visits in your home (birth preferences, comfort measures, education, expectations, partner support)
-Doula’s presence during labor and birth (on call from 38 weeks till birth) and up to 2 hours after birth.

-1 postpartum visit (1 hour)
-birth highlights and keepsake
-weekly text check in for 6 weeks postpartum
$500 non-refundable deposit to begin, and the remainder due by 36 weeks gestation.
There are no returns or refunds once services have been provided and after 38 weeks gestation.
Pamper plan $1,650
-Basic plan + 1 postpartum mama self-care visit (within first 2 months postpartum)
Includes:
-1 milk and honey bath
-1 sitz bath herbs or herbal tea (herb medley)
-1 hot stone press or v-steam or moxi

Private Birth Education $30 per hour 2 hour minimum
In the comfort of your own home I can teach you and your significant other childbirth techniques and answer questions about birth and postpartum that you might need to or want to know. (Ask about reduced rate for more hours).
Extra Prenatal $30 per hour 2 hour minimum (ask me about reduced rate for more hours).
